# Return and Refund Policy

## No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selection. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

## Damaged or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lafugaar.com.

Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage or defect
- Description of the issue

We will review and arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

## Lost Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days (sometimes carriers mark early). After that, contact us and we will file a claim and send a replacement if eligible.

## Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at info@lafugaar.com if you need to cancel.
