## Processing Time
All canvas orders are custom printed just for you. Processing time is 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

## Shipping Time (USA)
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships

## Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $300

## International Shipping
Currently we ship only within the United States.

## Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). If your package is lost, contact us and we will help file a claim.

## Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Track your order at the carrier's website.
